Featuring a larger product feed and an extended length of 12″ wide x 4.5″ high x 26″ long, this industrial bacon slicer handles various meats with ease. Slice bacon belly, brisket, corned beef, roast beef, Philly steak, Italian beef, jerky and more!
You can slice directly onto a conveyor or into a tub or tray. The slicer is ‘Layout’ enabled with controls designed for high volume slicing or slicing into ‘Drafts’.
